1. The oil surface reducer is generally lubricated with oil teeth. Before use, be sure to refuel to the specified position (according to the schematic diagram) and replace it regularly.
2. When using a new reducer in the oil change cycle, after 7~14 days (150~300 hours), the new oil must be replaced. New oil use to 3 months must be replaced twice. In the process of future use, check the oil quality regularly, and it is necessary to replace the deteriorated oil containing impurities, pollution or decomposition and aging. Under normal circumstances, lenses that work continuously for a long time are replaced every 6 to 8 months, and reducers that do not exceed 8 hours a day are replaced every 10 to 12 months.
3. The new oil to be replaced must be the same grade as the crude oil, and different grades of oil should be mixed with different types of oil. Before injecting new oil, heat the same type of oil used during operation, and then use it to clean the gears.
4. The reducer is generally lubricated with oil pool and cooled naturally. When the working balance temperature of the reducer exceeds 90C or the load power exceeds the thermal power PG1, the circulating oil lubrication can be used, or the oil circuit lubricated by the cooling pipe can be used. After the S series reducer is shut down for more than 24 hours, the gears and bearings should be lubricated normally.
5. The rolling bearing in the bearing transfers the lubrication to the bearing of the machine. There are two commonly used lubricants: lubricating oil and lubricating grease. When selecting lubricating oil, the load, speed, temperature and working environment of the bearing should be considered. The higher the bearing load and the higher the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the lubricating oil. When the bearing load is small, the temperature is low, and the speed is high, a lubricant with a smaller viscosity can be used. Too much or too little lubricating oil in the bearing will cause the bearing to overheat. When the bearing speed n = 1500R/min, the oil level should be low. The circumference of the bearing rotating seat is not more than 4-5 m/h, and grease can be used.
Maintenance of S series reducer
1. Check the S series reducer should be regularly inspected and maintained. Effective measures must be taken to find wear, gluing and major wear. Spare parts must be manufactured in accordance with the standard, updated spare parts must be ground flat on the official use.
2. Oil temperature and oil temperature, and often check the degree of tightness and oil volume. The oil level of the reducer should be replenished in time. Circulating oil lubrication should pay attention to changes in oil pressure. When the oil pressure is obviously reduced, the oil net should be checked and cleaned.
3. Check. In order to make the reducer easy to dissipate heat, the outer surface should be kept clean and the ventilation holes should not be blocked. If the heating of the box is too high, check whether the oil level is too high, whether the surrounding heat dissipation conditions are not good, whether the cooling plate is oily, the cooling water is insufficient, and the cooling effect is not good.
