The correct installation and use of the reducer is an important link to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when installing the planetary reducer, it is necessary to carefully assemble and use in strict accordance with the following installation and use related matters. Before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the size of the connection part of the motor and reducer matches. This is the size and fit tolerance of the motor positioning boss, input shaft, reducer groove, etc. Loosen the screw on the outer dust hole of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system to align its side hole with the dust hole, insert the hexagon socket and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key. Natural connection of motor and reducer. When connecting, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor must be consistent, and the outer flange is parallel. Inconsistent concentricity will cause the motor shaft to break or reducer gear wear. In addition, during the installation process, it is forbidden to hit with a hammer or the like to prevent the bearing or gear from being damaged by excessive axial force or radial force. Always tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the pressure bolts. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil at the connection of the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer with gasoline or zinc-sodium water. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, preventing unnecessary wear.
Before the motor is connected with the reducer, the motor shaft keyway shall be perpendicular to the fastening bolt. In order to ensure uniform force, first tighten the mounting bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten them, and then tighten the other two diagonal mounting bolts to tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.
Tighten the bolts. All fastening bolts must be fixed and checked with a torque wrench according to the indicated fixing torque data. The correct installation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the reducer and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the reducer output shaft and the driven shaft concentricity.
1. The connection between the reducer and the working machine: the reducer is directly set on the main shaft of the working machine. When the reducer is running, the reaction torque acting on the reducer chassis is balanced by the reaction torque bracket installed on the reducer chassis or other methods. The machine is directly matched, and the other end is connected with the fixed bracket.
2. Installation of anti-torque bracket: The anti-torque bracket should be installed on the side of the reducer facing the working machine to reduce the bending moment attached to the working machine shaft. The shaft sleeve at the connecting end of the anti-torque bracket and the fixed bracket is made of rubber and other elastomers to prevent deflection and absorb the torque fluctuation.
