To solve the wear problem, the traditional solution is repair welding or machining repair after brush plating, but both have some shortcomings: the thermal stress generated by high-temperature repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, which is easy to cause material damage and cause parts to bend or break; However, due to the limitation of coating thickness, brush plating is easy to peel off, and the above two methods use metal to repair metal, which cannot change the matching relationship of "hard to hard, under the combined action of various forces, it will still cause re-wear. For some large bearing enterprises, it is even more difficult to solve the problem on the spot, and most of them have to rely on external repair.
In view of the leakage problem, the traditional method needs to replace the gasket or apply sealant after disassembling and opening the reducer, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and leakage will occur again during operation. Polymeric materials can handle leakage on site. The excellent adhesion, oil resistance and elongation of the material can overcome the influence of the vibration of the reducer and solve the leakage problem of the reducer for the enterprise.

1. Lubrication maintenance
Before putting into operation, the recommend type and value of grease into the reducer. The reducer is lubricated with lubricating oil. For the vertical installation of the reducer, taking into account the lubricating oil can not guarantee the reliable lubrication of the bearing above, take other lubrication measures.
Before operation, inject appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the reducer. The reducer is usually equipped with an oil injection hole and an oil drain plug. Therefore, the installation location must be specified when ordering the reducer.
2. The working oil temperature cannot exceed 80
The reducer usually does not add lubricating oil, with an oil plug and an oil drain plug. The quantity of reducer lubricating oil listed in this sample is only an estimate. Set the position of the oil level plug according to the installation position specified when ordering to ensure correct oil injection. The oil injection volume of the reducer should be determined according to different installation methods. If the transmission power exceeds the heat capacity of the reducer, an external cooling device must be provided.
