1. Rotate one of the cycloidal wheels of the cycloidal reducer 180 degrees. That is, when the middle bearing hole completely coincides with the ten holes, the outer tooth profile is just misplaced, and the tooth root position of the upper plate is exactly the tooth top position of the lower plate. Note the relative position of the two wheels and remember to mark it yourself. Or remember the position of the original mark on the wheel, this is a single tooth difference cycloidal wheel, double tooth difference does not need to rotate 180 degrees.
2. Put a piece of cycloid gear into the needle wheel housing and turn it by hand to see if it swings smoothly.
3. Install the eccentric bearing. Because the bearing hole of the cycloid is equivalent to the housing of the eccentric bearing. Therefore, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the lower cycloid gear completely contains the cylindrical estimated ball of the eccentric bearing.
4. Put in the spacer ring. Then put another onecycloid reducerCycloid wheel, this is the key to put this wheel. The position should be placed completely according to the marks drawn on their own faces.
5. Cover the shaft sleeve and turn it by hand to see if it can turn. Check whether the cycloidal reducer is installed correctly.

When installing the cycloid reducer, attention should be paid to the centering of the transmission center shaft, and the error should not be greater than the compensation amount of the coupling used. Good alignment can extend the service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency.
When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft of the cycloid reducer, it is not allowed to knock with a hammer. Usually use the assembly fixture and the internal thread of the shaft end to press the transmission parts into the bolt, otherwise it may cause damage to the internal parts of the reducer. Without the use of rigid fixed couplings, improper installation of such couplings will cause unnecessary external load, premature damage to the bearing, and even cause the output shaft to break in severe cases.
