The quality of the cycloid reducer has an important impact on the production and life of the society. Therefore, when choosing a cycloidal reducer, we must be optimistic about the quality of the cycloidal reducer, and it is important to ensure the quality of the cycloidal reducer. How to judge the quality of cycloid reducer? Below, teach you some tips.

cycloid reducerThe quality of the production and life of the society has an important impact. Therefore, when choosing a cycloidal reducer, we must be optimistic about the quality of the cycloidal reducer, and it is important to ensure the quality of the cycloidal reducer. How to judge the quality of cycloid reducer? Below, teach you some tips.

a look

Observe whether there is an abnormality during the operation of the cycloid reducer, which is mainly manifested in the following situations.

1. When the stator winding is short-circuited, the cycloid reducer may see smoke.

2. When the cycloid reducer is severely overloaded or running without phase, the speed will slow down and a heavier "click" sound will be emitted.

3.cycloid reducerThe maintenance network is operating normally, but when it stops suddenly, the loose connection will spark; the fuse blows or the part is stuck.

4. If the cycloid reducer vibrates violently, it may be that the transmission is stuck or the cycloid reducer is not properly fixed, and the foot bolts are loose.

Second listen.

When the cycloidal reducer is running normally, it should emit a uniform, light "click" sound, no noise and special sound. If the noise is too large, including electromagnetic noise, bearing noise, ventilation noise, mechanical friction, etc., it may be a malfunction or a malfunction phenomenon.

1. For electromagnetic noise, if the cycloidal reducer emits high, low, and heavy sounds, the reasons may be as follows.

(1) The air gap between the stator and the rotor is uneven. At this time, the sound is high and low, and the interval between high and low is constant. This is caused by the wear of the bearings and the difference between the stator and the rotor.

(2) three-phase current imbalance. This is the reason for the wrong grounding, short circuit or poor contact of the three-phase winding. If the sound is very blunt, the cycloid reducer is seriously overloaded or run without phase.

(3) loose core. When the cycloid reducer is running, the iron core fixing bolts are loose due to vibration, and the iron core silicon steel sheet is loose and produces noise.

2. For bearing noise, it should becycloid reducerFrequent monitoring during operation. The monitoring method is: the end of the screwdriver is leaning on the bearing mounting part, and the other end is close to the ear, and the bearing running sound can be heard. If the bearing is operating normally, its sound is continuous, small "sand" sound, height and friction, and metal friction are not changed. If the following sound occurs, it indicates an exception.

(1) there is a "squeak" sound when the bearing is running. This is a metal friction sound, usually caused by the lack of oil in the bearing. Bearings should be disassembled and filled with proper amount of grease.

(2) If it makes a "click" sound, it means the sound when the ball rotates. Generally, grease is dry or oil-deficient, and an appropriate amount of grease can be added.

3. If the transmission mechanism and the transmission mechanism make continuous rather than high and low sounds, it can be handled in the following situations.

(1) Periodic "popping" sound caused by uneven belt joints.

(2) Periodic "knock" sound caused by the loose coupling between the coupling or pulley and the shaft and the wear of the key or keyway.

(3) The collision between the fan blade and the fan cowl causes uneven collision sound.
