Under normal circumstances, especially the long-term continuous work of the reducer, after 5000 hours of operation or a year to replace the new oil, long-term discontinuation should be replaced before the restart of the new oil.

The oil with impurities or damaged oil should be replaced in time. K series reducer should be filled with the same oil used before, not mixed with different brands of oil. It is allowed to mix oils of the same brand but of different viscosity. In addition, it should be noted that when changing oil, the reducer should be cooled down. After cooling completely, the viscosity of the oil will increase, making it difficult to drain the oil. Please note that the power supply to the actuator must be disconnected at this time to prevent accidental start-up. If there is no problem, you must know that during the work process, when the oil temperature exceeds 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise occurs, you should stop using and check the cause.

Before continuing operation, the fault must be eliminated and the lubricating oil must be replaced; the user should have sufficient use and maintenance procedures, and carefully record the use and problems found in the inspection. K series reducers are now used in the machinery industry, from ships, automobiles, locomotives, heavy construction machinery, processing machinery and automated production equipment, to ordinary household appliances, clocks and watches in daily life. Therefore, applications range from transmitting high power to transmitting small loads and angles. In industrial applications, it has the effect of reducing speed and increasing torque. Therefore, it is widely used in speed and torque conversion equipment. In addition, the K series reducer is not allowed to hammer directly when installing the clutch, pulley, sprocket and other fasteners on the output shaft. Since the structure of the output shaft of the reducer cannot withstand axial hammering, the screw can be screwed into the screw hole at the shaft end to press the clutch. This is also where the exhaust cover (I. e. exhaust screw) needs to be installed. In use, the blockage on the top of the K series reducer must also be replaced with the exhaust screw. The function of replacing the upper exhaust plug is to ensure the normal operation of the reducer and discharge the gas generated inside the reducer. Otherwise, long-term work, with the increase of working time, the gas adhesion in the box rises, and the temperature rises, which causes the oil seal to expand and damage, causing the reducer to leak oil.
