Therefore, it is widely used in speed and torque conversion equipment.
The main function of the K series reducer is to reduce the speed while increasing the output torque. The torque output ratio is multiplied by the motor power and reduction ratio, but care should be taken not to exceed the rated torque. Especially when running, the inertia of the load is really reduced, and the reduction of inertia is the square of the reduction ratio. The working principle of K series reducer is usually used for low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment. It uses engines, internal combustion engines or other high-speed driving power to achieve the purpose of deceleration through gears with fewer teeth on the input shaft of the reduction gear and large gears on the output shaft. In general, there will be several gear pairs with the same principle to achieve the desired effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large gear and the small gear is the gear ratio. In short, the K series reducer has a reverse self-locking function and can have a large reduction ratio. The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or on the same plane. However, the volume is generally large, the transmission efficiency is not high, and the accuracy is not high.
