At the same time, the tolerance of the contact surface clearance between the base and the foundation of the four series of reducers is, otherwise, it is necessary to use the adjustment gasket to adjust. Moreover, in the process of operating the machine, the oil passage and the oil hole should be unblocked, and the oil funnel, oil baffle and other parts should be fully prepared and in the correct position. The connecting bolts of the four series reducers should be very tight, and some important parts such as anti-loose washers cannot be omitted. Some inappropriate bolts and nuts inside should also be replaced in time. If the joint surface is tight and does not leak oil, you can use a 0.05mm thick feeler gauge for further inspection.
