The common installation methods of F series reducer are:
1. Suspension installation: the reducer is directly connected to the foundation through the base hole and the foundation bolt. This is a simple installation.
2. Support installation: The reducer is placed on the support and fixed on the support with bolts. The support is then fixed with the foundation. This can be adapted to different foundation heights.
3. Shock absorption installation: add a shock absorption device between the reducer and the foundation, such as shock absorption pads, etc., which can effectively reduce noise and vibration.
4. Coupling installation: both ends of input and output are fixed with coupling and foundation respectively, and the coupling can bear radial force and axial force.
5. Vertical installation: When the input shaft is up or down, it is necessary to increase the support to prevent the overload of the output bearing by its own weight.
6. Wall-mounted installation: The reducer is directly installed on the wall through the wall-mounted seat.
7. Holding shaft installation: The output flange is directly used to drive the driven equipment without foundation.
Need to be based on the specific use of a reasonable choice of installation. At the same time, pay attention to the axial and radial clearances, and the input and output shafts remain coaxial.
