F series reducerThe transmission efficiency refers to the ratio of output power to rated input power (or the ratio of output torque to input torque) when the rated input power reaches the rated input power at the rated input speed.F series reducerThe transmission efficiency was measured on a special test bench.F series reducerThe test method can be divided into direct measurement power method and power loss method. The direct power measurement method is divided into a single direct power measurement method and a double direct power measurement method. The single direct power measurement method is to directly measure the input, output torque and speed of the reducer on the test bench. Methods for determining efficiency. The transmission efficiency of the gear reducer is generally above 98%, and the transmission efficiency of the cycloid reducer is above 90%. In comparison, the transmission efficiency of the worm gear reducer is low, and the high is generally only 75%.
According to the principle of gear transmission, the two gears do pure rolling without sliding at the node. If the gear is a rigid body, there is no efficiency loss in the gear transmission. But the actual situation is the manufacture of gear material can not be rigid, elastic deformation is inevitable, repeated elastic deformation will consume energy; elastic deformation of gear meshing is no longer theoretically pure rolling, there will be sliding friction. And the actual manufacturing accuracy can not reach the theoretical accuracy, making the actual meshing and theory is different, is no longer pure rolling. Another factor is that the actual gear tooth surface is theoretically smooth and flat, which will also affect the actual meshing of the gear.
For the closed gear reducer transmission, the lubrication method depends on the peripheral speed of the gear. When the peripheral speed of the gear V<12 m/s, the teeth of the large gear are often immersed in the oil for oil immersion lubrication. In this way, when the gear is driven, the lubricating oil is brought to the meshing tooth surface, and the lubricating oil is also thrown to the box wall to dissipate heat. The depth of oil immersion of the gear depends on the peripheral speed of the gear. For cylindrical gears, it is usually not more than one tooth height, but generally should not be less than 10mm; for bevel gears, it should be immersed in the entire tooth width, at least half a tooth. In multi-stage gear transmission, oil can be brought to the gear tooth surface that is not immersed in oil by tanker. The amount of oil in the oil pool depends on the transmission power of the gear.
F series reducerThe characteristics
1. Design concept: The combination of standardized design and modular design realizes the interchangeability with international brands, and has the characteristics of compact structure and small size.
2. High efficiency: helical gear transmission, the efficiency can reach more than 90%.
3. Large speed ratio: speed ratio 1/4~1/254 can be arbitrarily selected.
4. Load range: The load can be arbitrarily selected from 1/4HP to 60HP according to different needs to meet different needs.
5. Large bearing capacity: All helical gears are made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel by carburizing and grinding, which has higher bearing capacity.
6. Compact structure: the design of parallel shaft improves the efficiency of space use, suitable for limited space use
Flexible installation: Each specification can be installed in any direction from M1 to M6, making the installation more flexible and convenient.
8. The structure is beautiful and strong.
