The manufacturing of cycloid is based on a pair (I. e. a pair), and the purchase is also a pair or a one-for-one purchase. Each single cycloid pin wheel cannot be replaced, and the two wheels of the cycloid wheel are not separated during the production process.

The concept of a pair is that the two cycloid wheels can be completely overlapped (that is, when the side with steel printing is overlapped upward at the same time), including the bearing hole, ten holes (shaft pin hole) and outer tooth type. From the front, it looks like a piece. If it can be completely overlapped, it is proved to be right, but it cannot be overlapped, indicating that it is not a pair and cannot be used.

2. Rotate one of the cycloid by 180 degrees, that is, when the middle bearing hole completely coincides with the ten holes, the outer tooth profile is just misplaced, and the position of the upper tooth root is exactly the position of the lower tooth top.

3. Put a piece of cycloid wheel of cycloid reducer product into the needle gear shell and turn it by hand to see if it swings smoothly.

4. Put the eccentric bearing, because the bearing hole of the cycloid gear is equivalent to the shell of the eccentric bearing, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is the bearing hole of the lower cycloid gear, which just completely covers the cylinder of the eccentric bearing ball.

7. The cycloid reducer puts the shaft sleeve corresponding to the cycloid hole into it and rotates it by hand to see if it can rotate and check whether the installation is correct.
